Mandukya Upanishad | Dimensions of Subconscious Mind - A Comment

The zeal to self realisation will come only upon continuous experience of flow and material attainments.Mine started somehow as below,

From too deep thoughts arising from reading book "The Secret By Rhonda Byrne" and  "Power of Sub Conscious Mind" there are too many questions arising from the same, since I am not aware any mention to the same in the Hindu texts. That started grinding from within, Here are some of my profound elements that I understood from the teachings of Mandukya Upanishad

A single person experiences three dimensions:
  • Waking State
  • Dreaming State
  • Blankness Sleep
The experience of consciousness happens alone in the waking state. The Dreaming state is all about the world created by the individual based on the experience and thoughts of the waking state. The blankness would be of sleep with out any dreams and sleep where one would be in a condition that you forget that you are sleeping.

The waking state is ruled by consciousness.
Dreaming state would be falsified by the waking state.

The light luminous into the waking state creates the consciousness and the same thing will be in contrary during the dream state. The dimension experience beyond the above three doesn't exist.

"The moment the realization happens when an individual understands, he experiencing the three states due to the thought process alone."

"There exists the three state as per the advaita - soul, body and atma - unlike where the scientific research suggesting soul and atma as one - sub-conscious"

This higher consciousness of as said in the upanishad is achieved by a specific, if realises the true nature of reality and implements in the thought process would achieve the utmost spiritual state of mind. In all the above mentioned three states, there is one constant reality and i.e., SELF.

SELF - is the reality and that goes as a advaita in all three phases of experience (Avasta)
This reiterates the text of the research of Dr. Joseph Murphy, in his book of "Power of Subconscious Mind" - the deep thought of an individual plays a major role in forming reality.

What is Reality?

The reality is there is neither good nor bad, and there is neither happy nor sadness. All of it is just the work of your mind and consciousness. The one who sees good and bad, happy and sad is nothing but making the waking state - turned into a dreaming state limiting his consciousness.

On the paper as presented by Dr. Joseph Murphy, I comment that his thoughts of turning life into happiness is associated should be in line with understanding that there would be reality based on thoughts and understanding the ultimate truth of neutralness does far more good than not.

A philosophical fix
The experience with the three states would continue to be the same with the realisation but the understanding of those experiences would take a drastic stand upon understanding the behind. Rules and laws of thought and psychology will continue to exist but changes the reasoning behind and leaves the ignorance behind.

A continuance in questioning the existence would lead to antinomies of reason, in other words - logical inconsistencies.

I recognize the gap
Ignorance causes error - not knowing the reality would cause the errors. Ignorance can turn a small rope into a snake😄.
