COVID - 19 : An Opportunity or Realization
There was a time when countries and people are fighting among themselves for the great reasons across the world, until they eventually found one single large enemy against the entire humanity. It is time when everyone realized that, what they ran all through the life fighting for? which they realized it to be so silly and all the men and women joined hands(Of course, by maintaining socially distancing 😉) across borders to fight for their life.
The chaos, disturbance and scramble are everywhere across the world, started from China and eventually all out in the world, throwing so many questions and too much information to process. This is added up with the innocence of the politicians in handling the catastrophe. The politicians are running up for the HCQ doses or vaccine on one side and trying to save their image than their country. Inequalities and other differences are quite evident since every world catastrophe pitches for a greater selfishness and struggle for existence.
The perspective difference is widely visible with the society reacting to the COVID-19, which can majorly identified during the initial days of the lock down. There are various situations where the top- managements are reluctant to be prepared for this lock down, the evidence of negligence that this situation won't come is very evident in the words. By the time they realized, with the government's swift action against the spreading virus, it's already too late for all the major companies to work on pushing themselves out of this black swan event.
In a particular event, I have personally encountered is very strange which shows the extent of leap on faith took such a hard opinion that the virus disruption won't happen. It went so far that when people are forced to take precautionary measures and get ready with the required infrastructure they went on to quote their faith on God, which can be seen as reluctance or unimaginative thanks to the eventual awareness programs of the government and medical community that got some light on the grim faith.
The same virus spread has now started a new dawn in the service rich industries, where the entire world is moving to Work from Home Model of working which is actually making them force to test and overcome the problems that are being continuously faced by their employees. Forcing the many people from the Generation X to move out of comfort zone and eventually working from the home. All the non-essential and essential meetings are going on video and this is the new way of working irrespective of whether they like it or not (Of course, millennials are crazy about working from home initially, they used have vibe of a digital nomad, but soon realized not so😆).
This gives the opportunity for the these start-up companies who have great tech solutions for tackling the distance and communications with are going to have new potential(For example, VR Product Demonstration is going to reach new heights). Amid these on-growing hype we have seen the inability to handle the growth and the limelight, especially this company called Zoom which is continuously been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
The world and the people here lost the hope or desire of greater quality of life, since the end of the first of 20th century humanity never seen such a full-blown threat and fear. This is going to unwind the creative minds of people. I personally expect a greater growth and social security in the conscious state due to this challenge thrown at the minds which are dormant since long time, especially to the people who are under employing their minds.
The entire world economy came to a stand point, with a few drivers. Every cycle of recession throws the economy to a good low, the entire economy with return with a greater good growth with a multiplying factor and stand for the new world order that is going to set post COVID-19 recession. The economies and companies who are built on hollow principles will be no more in new order and the companies with underlying potential will reach the greater heights. Let's see who will soon realize the hollowness and take the opportunity of this new world order
